Hear from venture capitalists as they share their insights on launching a successful startup at UF Startup Launch Competition Demo Day. The speakers will also serve as judges during the competition, which will see student teams compete for a $5,000 prize.

Attendees will hear from 4 venture capitalists during the competition, including Samyr Qureshi, a former UF student and co-founder of the college tutoring platform Knack. Since the company’s inception, Qureshi has secured over $10 million in venture funding, and was the winner of the 2016 UF Big Idea Business Plan Competition, where he secured initial funding for Knack.
