Innovators with deep terrain shaping obstacle (DTSO) solutions that could enable the U.S. Army to delay, deter, or deny enemy forces from the forward line of troops (FLOT) may submit their solutions to the Army Applications Lab SPARTN program for an opportunity to receive up to $200,000 in Phase I SBIR funding.
