Teresa led intellectual property, regulatory, and product development departments for an international biotechnology start-up. She currently works for the Innovation Center in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She is a TEDMED Innovation Research Scholar and a Senior Fellow in the Council for Excellence in Government.
