Tim Broom, President of ITProTV, An ACI Learning Company

In 2013, Tim recognized the need for current and engaging eLearning for IT professionals and ITProTV was born. He had been operating a brick-and-mortar computer learning center and saw a gap he could fill where he could bring IT learning to the masses at an affordable price. As a career changer himself, Tim knew the value of IT training and he continues to believe that it can change lives.

Over the next seven years, ITProTV grew to a team of 60+ occupying a 28,000 square-foot building and studio in northwest Gainesville. The company’s membership swelled to more than 220,000, with strong growth in the B2B space.

Rick Carlson, CEO of SharpSpring

Rick is the founder and CEO of SharpSpring. He started with the goal of bringing marketing analytics and automation tools to small and medium businesses on an affordable and easy-to-use SaaS platform.

Rick has nearly 20 years of executive management experience in the technology sector, holding president, CEO, general manager, and board positions at several successful Internet security companies.

When Rick is not working on SharpSpring, he is busy with his second, and far more complex start-up – his son. Sometimes, Rick still gets to play beach volleyball, and occasionally, his wife politely laughs at his jokes.
