Will is a founder and Head of Product at local software startup Admiral where he has undergone a slow transition from personally contributing engineer to steering product and project management. Admiral helps publishers build lasting relationships with their visitors in the ever-changing digital landscape.

He also serves on the board of startGNV as Product Chair and guides the development of startgnv.com and joshgreenbergday.com. His hopes to build a community of engineers dedicated to growing Gainesville’s startup and tech ecosystem.

Previously, he was a lead front end engineer at local music streaming service Grooveshark which unfortunately closed its doors in 2015. Seeing a unique opportunity with so many talented people suddenly out of work, he started Admiral with some Grooveshark alumnus.
