​​The U.S. Department of State, through its U.S.-ASEAN Smart Cities Partnership (USASCP), is offering the Smart Cities Business Innovation Fund 2.0, a $3 million initiative designed to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in ASEAN member states. Track 2 of this program focuses on partnerships between ASEAN entities and Singaporean companies to develop innovative, carbon-neutral solutions to urban challenges.

Applicants will submit a joint narrative and itemized budget via the application portal, while Enterprise Singapore will provide supplementary funding to the Singaporean partner. This opportunity is ideal for MSMEs, NGOs, and universities in ASEAN nations collaborating with Singaporean companies to tackle pressing urban sustainability issues.
