The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are seeking proposals for innovative research with the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. The SBIR program aims to stimulate technological innovation, enhance small business participation in federal R&D, and promote commercialization of federally derived innovations. 

Funding opportunities span across diverse research topics including aging, cancer, infectious diseases, and more. Eligible small businesses must be U.S.-based, for-profit entities with 500 or fewer employees.
