The C3i Program, supported by the NIH, is providing biomedical innovators with specialized business frameworks and essential tools to advance medical technologies from concept to market. There are three programs including:

  1. The eC3i Entrepreneurial Education Course : Online training program designed to help academic innovators assess the commercial potential of their NIH-funded biomedical technologies. Applications are due by April 14.
  2. The C3i Validation & Execution program: Intensive training in market validation and business opportunity development for NIH-funded investigators from research institutions or small businesses. Applications due by August 1.
  3. The C3i Acceleration program is a 12-month initiative supporting product development and business growth for NIH-funded investigators who have completed the C3i Program. It starts in June 2025, with applications due in April and notifications in May.
