The National Cancer Institute is looking for academic scientists who are ready to move from lab to market through the Small Business Transition Grant.

This unique program starts with a Phase I STTR award (up to $400,000) and transitions into a Phase II SBIR (up to $2 million.) Proposed projects must fit into at least one of the following categories:

• Therapeutics and Preventative Agents
• Imaging Technologies, Interventional Devices, and In Vivo Diagnostics
• In Vitro and Ex Vivo Diagnostics and Prognostics
• Cancer Prevention and Control, Supportive Care, and Survivorship
