As the Business Development Manager for CareerSource North Central Florida, Damian Niolet is responsible for ensuring businesses in Alachua and Bradford counties are aware of Federal, State, and local programs designed to upskill the workforce while offsetting the costs. He accomplishes this by connecting with as many community organizations as possible. He is a Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce Diplomat, a member of The United Way’s Community Investment Council, and a participant in Alachua County Emerging Leaders (ACEL). As someone with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and an entrepreneur himself, Damian is acutely aware of the particular challenges faced by startups, and he is eager to help accelerate their individual and collective growth!
