Who is Chris Detz?

I am certified in HR, Legal & Compliance matters for small to medium sized businesses, as well as 401k, Health Benefits, and Payroll. My job is to meet with prospects to strategize on ways to improve employee engagement, reduce liabilities involved in managing employees, and improve the bottom line. I specialize in analyzing the total investment in employee benefits and reallocating those dollars to ensure a robust, Fortune 500 caliber benefits package to attract and retain top talent. (Paychex uses a concept (employee benefit pooling) to accomplish this. PEO allows executives and HR professionals the time to focus on their core business as opposed to the day-to-day administrative functions that can slow organic growth. PEO is simply a better way to manage employment and protect the business. We typically work with smaller businesses that lack the resources, buying power and HR infrastructure of larger organizations. I believe our minimum is 5 employees (we may have a special arrangement with BioFlorida for employers with less than 5). Our average client size is approximately 25 employees.
