The 2025 Innovation Award Competition, hosted by the Center for Advancing Point of Care Technologies (CAPCaT) in Heart, Lung, Blood, and Sleep Disorders, is a funding opportunity for innovators developing or validating point-of-care technologies aimed at improving diagnosis, monitoring, or management of diseases in these domains. The award is particularly interested in technologies that target lung diseases and/or incorporate complementary and integrative health approaches. 

Applications from all sources with secure intellectual property rights will be considered, public or private, nonprofit or for-profit. Up to four awards of $100,000 each will be granted for a 12-month period alongside NIH-level mentorship and commercialization resources. Priority areas include wearables, diagnostics, mobile apps, and innovations addressing adoption and dissemination barriers. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is June 6, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
