Money to run your business – Getting your Bank to say YES – Lunch included!
About this event
This workshop focuses on accessing capital from a lender’s perspective. Attendees will learn various ways of financing their business, types of loans available, what is required to be eligible for a loan along with best practices and must do’s to get financed. Whether your business is a startup or existing, this information will improve the likelihood your banker says “APPROVED”.
If your business is still struggling after 2020, we will also discuss Pandemic funding that may still be available through the EIDL program.

About our presenter:
Michael Chung – Assistant Area Director
Mike Chung has been with the Florida SBDC Network at the University of North Florida (UNF) since 2006 where he advises entrepreneurs on startup and existing business owners on how to grow, increase profitability, improve cash flow management, financial analysis and access capital.
Education and Credentials:
• Certified Business Analyst (CBA)
• MBA, University of Dayton
• BS Electrical Engineering, University of Florida
Mike Chung is a USAF veteran and he has been with the Florida SBDC Network at the University of North Florida (UNF) since 2006 where he is a Certified Business Analyst advising entrepreneurs on startups and existing business owners on how to grow their companies.
Mike brings 13 years’ experience as an owner /operator of a packing and shipping franchise where he took it from startup to being in the top one-third. Prior to owning his own business, Mike was a USAF Officer serving as a project engineer and contract manger on multimillion dollar Federal research and development contracts
