SATLANTIS Receives the Keicho Award for Innovation and Technology by CEJE

UF startup and UF Innovate | The Hub resident SATLANTIS, a Spanish business that develops Earth Observation (EO) optical payloads for small satellites around the world, received the “Keicho Award for Innovation and Technology”, within the fifth edition of the initiative by the Círculo Empresarial Japón España – CEJE (Business Circle Japan Spain), for promoting commercial relations between Spain and Japan.

The purpose of the Keicho Awards is to recognize the efforts of one Spanish and one Japanese company, which have been able to develop the collaboration between the two countries, while also being protagonist of innovation and for bringing the technology at the service of society.

SATLANTIS was selected for the award thanks to the joint mission developed with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Space BD Inc. onboard the International Space Station (ISS) last year.
