Province Expands TAO Connect Mental Health Service
An online therapy service first used on a trial-basis in Newfoundland and Labrador is now expanding province-wide.
UF startup and UF Innovate | The Hub graduate Therapy Assistance Online, also known as TAO Connect, is an e-health technology service that was launched last February in Canada. It combines online educational materials with brief clinical support from a counselor by phone, chat or video conferencing.
Newfoundland and Labrador was the first province in the country to bring in the service.
