Tech Tuesday – “Get The Facts Before You Act” Campaign: Fact checking to help us all see the truth
In this week’s Tech Tuesday for WCJB TV20, UF Innovate’s Melanie Moron interviews Will Bullen from Get the Facts Before you Act, a passionate group of students who are determined to stop the spreading of misinformation. Meet the movement that cares about the truth and knowing the facts.
Partnered with the News Literacy Project, this group of students get together with the community to talk to them about what they are seeing online. With a focus the truth, all they want is to promote the truth rather than falsehood.
