The Selling Factory (TSF) is a sales training and development company. Brad’s company recruits high-level college students from the University of Florida and teach them B2B sales development skills.
Brad has agreed to answer any (most) questions you ask him.
He’s also going to talk about his company, The Selling Factory (TSF) — comprised mainly of UF students. When the university decided to close campus on March 10th, TSF quickly followed suit by closing their offices and moving their 45-person team to 100% remote.
Understandably, a few of TSF’s clients decided to pause or delay their TSF campaigns until the economy starts to recover. That has resulted in a short-term reduction in revenue for TSF, which they’re working to replace now. They recently signed several new clients with immediate sales support, lead generation, and outbound calling needs, so that recent increase in new customers has helped recover some of their lost revenue.
More than anything, moving to a 100% remote workforce, while continuing to produce at a high level, has caused their to rethink their business model. They believe they have the opportunity to grow much larger, and expand even faster, due to the flexibility of what will most likely become an in-person and remote workforce for The Selling Factory. Of course, the health and safety of their students and team members are their number one priority. They will reopen TSF’s physical office space only when it’s safe to do so.
Zoom link will be provided in the day of the AMA.
