The Sustainable Business Model Challenge, hosted by NASA, invites entrepreneurs, researchers, startups, and innovators to develop sustainable business models that leverage NASA’s publicly available Earth system science data to address climate challenges. This challenge aims to support businesses that go beyond building data tools by ensuring long-term viability and market relevance.
Individuals, teams, and organizations are eligible to apply. Participants must align NASA’s data with specific market needs, creating solutions for disaster mitigation, ecosystem protection, greenhouse gas monitoring, and decision support tools. Up to 10 winners will receive $10,000 each, an assessment for NASA SBIR proposal readiness, and admission to a 10-week SBIR development training.
