Meet the Speaker: Jesse Liebe
Jesse Liebe assists companies in the sale of their business as a Managing Director with Legacy Capital. Jesse focuses on valuation and deal execution, walking clients through the entire process, including setting valuation expectations, selecting potential buyers, and negotiating the letter of intent and purchase agreement.
Jesse joined Legacy Capital from TMI Hospitality, a Fargo, ND based company owning and operating more than 200 hotels nationwide. During his time at TMI Hospitality, Jesse analyzed and aided in the sale process of the organization’s ESOP. He began his career with Otter Tail Corporation, a diversified public utility, as an Internal Auditor to provide consulting and compliance services to portfolio companies. Jesse is a licensed member of the North Dakota bar, a Registered Representative with FINRA, an active CFA® Charterholder, and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
