Tech Tuesday: University of Florida Startup Is Changing How Students Connect With Classmates
What if there was a better way to group chat in college, built just for students by students? In this week’s Tech Tuesday, UF Innovate introduces CourseLynx, a UF startup that’s changing how students connect on campus and in class.
“What if there was a better way to group chat? We’re here with CourseLynx to learn more. Cory, tell us more about who you are and what you do,” said Bethany Gaffey, host of UF Innovate.
“My name’s Cory Combas. I’m a senior business student at the University of Florida, and I’m also the CEO of CourseLynx,” said Cory Combas, CEO of CourseLynx.
“What is CourseLynx?” asked Gaffey.
“CourseLynx is an app for college students to connect in their courses with .edu verification, and group chats for every class in the school,” said Combas.
“How did you determine the need for an app like this?” asked Gaffey.
