The Farm Robotics Challenge, organized by UC Agriculture and Natural Resources and the AI Institute for Next Generation Food Systems (AIFS), invites students to revolutionize farming through innovation in AI, automation, and robotics. This competition challenges participants to assemble multidisciplinary teams and tackle real-world agricultural challenges with a $10,000 prize awarded to the most innovative and commercially viable solution.

The challenge is open to students from 2-year or 4-year colleges, universities, and technical schools. Teams can create land-based solutions using the farm-ng Amiga robot or aerial applications using drones.
