The NCI GDC Analysis Tool Challenge invites the research community to develop innovative analysis tools that analyze and integrate data within the Genomic Data Commons.

Participants are tasked with building open-source tools that leverage GDC data to support cancer research. The competition offers $50,000 in prizes and winning tools will be featured in the GDC Data Portal Analysis Center.
