Tech Tuesday: UF Engineering Students Get Hands-On Experience

When it comes to school, some subjects are just best learned by doing. In today’s Tech Tuesday, UF Innovate’s host, Bethany Gaffey, interviews Dr. Sarah Jayasekaran to showcase how UF students are gaining hands-on experience.

“I’m an instructional assistant professor with the College of Engineering in engineering education department,” said Dr. Jayasekaran, who goes by Dr. Jay. “I teach AutoCAD, computer programming and engineering design in society. This is the makerspace in which we do engineering design and society.”
