In this week’s Tech Tuesday for WCJB TV20, UF Innovate’s Bethany Gaffey interviews recent graduate Alexander Weaver from the University of Florida with the DesiGator, a food desiccator he and teammates from several departments in the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering created for UF’s Food Science and Human Nutrition Department.
