Neuroimmunology Expert Featured at Neuroscience 2019 Press Conference

Malú Tansey, Ph.D., director of UF’s Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Disease, was among a select group of experts to present during a press conference at the Society for Neuroscience’s annual conference in Chicago.

Participants explained their research on gut-brain communication via the immune system that may help in the development of novel treatments for neurodegenerative diseases.
