Weber State Renews Use of Digital Platform to Support Student Mental Health

In an effort to meet increasing student need for mental health support, Weber State University is renewing its partnership with UF Startup TAO (Therapy Assistance Online) Connect, a digital platform designed to make behavioral health therapy more accessible and effective. For the second year in a row, students, faculty, and staff will have free access to digital mental health support.

TAO Connect’s therapy is offered to students in conjunction with counseling through Weber State’s Counseling and Psychological Services Center or as a stand-alone service that they can work through independently, said Amy Blunck, coordinator of mental health initiatives and licensed clinical mental health counselor for the university’s counseling center.
