NanoPhotonica Receives $3.5M in Funding

NanoPhotonica, a resident client of UF Innovate | The Hub and developer of quantum dot, nanomaterials, and device technology, secured $3.5M in funding.

The round was led by Samsung Ventures, with participation from DeepWork Capital (formerly the FAN Fund).

The company intends to use the funds to hire more engineering staff, finalize development and move to the commercialization phase of their offering.
