NobleReach is accepting applications for its Scholars program, a one-year, full-time paid fellowship placing recent graduates into federal, state, or local government agencies. Scholars work in AI, computing and cybersecurity, business process innovation, or materials and manufacturing, earning a salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus a one-time $18,000 stipend. The program includes a two-week bootcamp, quarterly professional development sessions in Washington, DC, and mentorship throughout the year.
Applicants need a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, relevant experience (jobs, internships, research, and student groups all count), U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship, and willingness to relocate anywhere in the country. Two cohorts run the same program:
- February 2027 is for December 2023–December 2026 graduates and closes October 14, 2026, with interviews on a rolling basis.
- August 2027 is for those graduating through August 2027 and closes December 9, 2026.
