The NCI SBIR Mentor and Trainee Connection Hub Program (MATCHUP) is now accepting applications to connect eligible SBIR/STTR-funded small businesses with students, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career scientists interested in biotech startups. Participants can access an online platform to view potential trainees, helping both businesses and candidates establish valuable connections.
This program is designed to streamline the recruitment process and facilitate the growth of diverse talent within the SBIR/STTR ecosystem.
