Join Inspiralia US at UF Innovate | Sid Martin for a practical workshop designed to help startups, researchers, and innovators better understand the federal funding landscape and develop stronger strategies for securing non-dilutive funding.

Please register by noon on September 22nd. 

The session combines an educational seminar on SBIR/STTR and other federal funding opportunities with one-on-one office hours, giving participants both a broad understanding of the programs and personalized guidance tailored to their technology and funding goals.

The seminar provides a practical overview of the U.S. non-dilutive funding ecosystem, including:
• Introduction to SBIR/STTR and federal funding opportunities
• Understanding the differences between agencies (NSF, NIH, DoD and others)
• Eligibility requirements and program structure
• How to identify the right agency for your technology
• Proposal writing best practices
• Common pitfalls and how to avoid them
• Funding strategy and commercialization considerations

Participants will also have three 20-minute office hour time slots available after the seminar to discuss:
• Technology fit for SBIR/STTR
• Agency selection
• Funding strategy
• Proposal readiness
• Next steps and commercialization pathway
