If you were able to attend the August Chamber Meeting, then you know how engaging and thought provoking this session was. Unfortunately, we were short on time and the involved discussions overwhelmed the noise capacity of the room. We asked Joe if he would do a follow up session and he has graciously agreed! As an added bonus, Joe’s colleague, TD Haines, will also be joining us!

This interactive presentation provides tools to use when you need to “think outside the box”. We will practice brainstorming a problem and learn to look at the world in different ways. You’ll leave with some new creative skills and an appreciation for unique solutions to problem solving that will help you personally and professionally! Joe Greaser is a veteran of the eLearning industry, with 20 years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating online learning. Joe has served as an instructional designer, project manager, and web developer. Throughout his career, Joe has been obsessed with finding creative solutions to problems, or, “thinking outside the box”.

TD Haines is a creative problem solver with a career that spans the entertainment, education, and marketing industries. A former football coach and certified steam train engineer, he’s now a Director of People Analytics and Programs. He takes pride in unlocking the hidden models, uncovering unique trends, and finding a way to make the squishy things concrete.
