Hosted by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the program seeks innovators who can develop exceptionally low-cost nutrient ingredients (calcium, choline, DHA) or create affordable prenatal supplement formulations that meet rigorous quality, stability, and acceptability standards. It is open to nonprofits, academic institutions, companies, government agencies, and international organizations working in fields such as nutrition, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and food technology.
