The DOE BOOST Startup Studio developed by U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in partnership with FedTech, is designed to catalyze innovation by connecting entrepreneurs with cutting-edge technologies from DOE national laboratories. This virtual initiative focuses on solving regional energy and infrastructure challenges in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Nevada, and the broader Mountain West region.

Aspiring entrepreneurs, from technologists and business professionals to creative thinkers, are invited to apply either individually or with a team. Participants will be matched with DOE lab technologies and supported through a structured startup studio model. The program will complete with the launch of a commercially viable EnergyTech startup, and the top-performing teams will be eligible for a share of $100,000 in awards.The application deadline for the virtual program is June 20, 2025.
