Through efficient cold calling techniques you will learn to identify your core customers and how you need to pitch your product or service to sell.
We are usually not comfortable reaching out to people we don’t know when we are on a mission to build customer relationships. This course will help you structure your approach, make you much more comfortable and help you get important information from your potential customers on their needs. The course will also help you take the next step from the cold call to an online or in-person sales meeting to drive the sales process forward.
