The AIR program, hosted by ARPA-H, is focused on developing autonomous robotic systems and microbots capable of performing life-saving surgical procedures, including thrombectomies, to expand access to advanced care.
The program is open to scientists, engineers, surgeons, industry partners, and organizations capable of developing and testing autonomous medical robotics in the U.S. Key dates include Proposers’ Day on December 16, 2025, Solution Summaries due January 26, 2026. Applicants submit through the ARPA-H Solutions Portal.
