Seminar at UF Innovate | The Hub
Join us for an engaging seminar at UF Innovate | The Hub! In this session, learn how new R&D tax rules can boost your cash flow, and sign up for office hours for a free review to uncover missed savings from past years.
Please register by noon on May 26th.
Congress just changed the rules on R&D deductions and the window to recover prior-year losses is open now. In this session, CPA Suzanna Lam breaks down the OBBBA’s restoration of immediate §174 deductibility, how to retroactively amend 2022–2024 returns to capture missed deductions, how the §41 R&D tax credit can offset up to $500K in payroll taxes annually, Florida’s often-overlooked §220.196 R&D credit opportunity, and how all of this translates to real cash flow and enterprise value.
Whether you run a startup, an LLC, or an established corporation, if you’ve invested in any form of technical development, product improvement, or process innovation, this seminar will show you how to stop leaving money on the table.
Sign up for office hours to receive a free review of your tax returns and identify any missed opportunities from prior years. The session runs from 1 to 3 PM and includes four 30-minute time slots. After registering for the event, you’ll find the available time slots listed in your confirmation email.
