Everyone knows a business needs contracts. But, as a startup founder, your contract needs are different from others. You need more than just contracts with customers and vendors. You need agreements that protect you, your equity, your intellectual property, and the business itself.
Luckily, there are tools that provide this protection in your interactions with others. These tools are specialized contracts, like operating agreements & shareholder agreements, non-disclosure agreements & confidentiality clauses, and non-compete clauses, to name a few.

UF Innovate | Accelerate has partnered with the Gainesville Fine Arts Association, and we are excited to invite you to a networking reception where you can meet the talented artists behind the stunning paintings displayed at Sid Martin Biotech.
Enjoy light refreshments and drinks while connecting with others in the community.
