Originally hailing from Brazil, Nico returned to Florida to contribute his expertise. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, where he was not only a dedicated student but also a proud member of the Gator swimming team. Nico’s commitment to excellence led him to represent Brazil as a key member of the national swimming team for over a decade, culminating in his participation in the Olympics.
Nico’s professional journey began at Credit Suisse, a prominent investment bank, where he gained valuable insights into the financial industry. Eager to make a significant impact, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding three successful FinTech companies in Brazil. His ventures focused on revolutionizing the credit, payment, and mobile transaction spaces, showcasing his innovative spirit and business acumen.
Now, as an Entrepreneur in Residence, Nico brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial vision, industry knowledge, and a passion for fostering growth.
