  • Intellectually curious individuals
  • Meet regularly with 1-3 CEOs/founding teams (they can tell us how many they want to mentor 1, 2, or 3). We don’t want them to overcommit but some have capacity for multiple relationships.
  • Be facilitated and coached by an outside mentorship organization to support the development of the relationship and who will support the mentor/mentee for a year in developing the skills and tools to ensure an effective and quality relationship develops.
  • Participate in assessments/surveys to measure the effectiveness of the relationships and mentorship support system (both mentee and mentor will participate in these assessments)
  • Participants will be certified so our expectation is they will have a high quality skill set that allows them to build effective, robust and high quality relationships.
  • Our hope is certified mentors will want to mentor other companies after the one year period is completed and we will have a big inventory of very skilled mentors to work with our companies.
