To create your new email signature, the main UF marketing and communications team ask you to use this signature generator, available here, along with instructions.
Your email signature is part of the University of Florida brand and must be professional, clear, and have a look consistent with UF’s. Include only the required information with approved fonts and colors so every message reflects UF’s standards.
Email signatures must use the Segoe UI font, size 10pt, in our official orange and blue or black.

Tech Licensing has letterhead paper and large envelopes available in the copy room. All units can request a Word document with the appropriate logo/return address header embedded. Send your request to marketing@research.ufl.edu.
