Eavesdropping on Laptop, Smart Speaker Microphones Demonstrated in New Security Attack
UF researchers, in collaboration with international colleagues, have led a study revealing a security and privacy risk inherent in the design of certain microphones, which emit radio signals as a form of interference while processing audio data.
