Having started its journey within UF Innovate’s supportive ecosystem, the company has gained recognition for its cutting-edge solutions, including the ClearikonFLEX Bandage, which minimizes stress for animals and reduces treatment costs.

ALACHUA, Fla.– UF Innovate | Sid Martin Biotech, the leading biotechnology incubator at the University of Florida, is pleased to announce that resident company Clearikon has graduated from its program. Clearikon creates innovative therapeutic products to promote healing for people and animals. They have graduated into a new distribution center based in Alachua’s San Felasco Tech City, a premier sustainable community designed with entrepreneurs in mind. Clearikon has developed new therapeutic products that dramatically improve the quality of care for patients suffering from chronic wounds. Their product line includes plant-based topical ointments, cleansing products, and therapeutic devices that reduce pain and accelerate wound healing without the need for prescription drugs and antibiotics.
