The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in a collaboration with the Licensing Executives Society – Silicon Valley Chapter, is hosting the third virtual session in the Successful Inventing 2025 series, titled “Licensing Your Product or Concept.” 

This session will guide inventors through the licensing process, including deciding between licensing and manufacturing, understanding royalties, presenting ideas to companies, identifying suitable licensing partners, and negotiating agreements. The event is open to the public, and participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance or during the session to northeast@uspto.gov.This virtual event will take place on May 10, 2025, at 1:30 PM EST.
