The University of Florida’s Entrepreneurship Center is hosting the  Big Idea Gator Business Plan Competition,  a four-month entrepreneurial competition to transform innovative ideas into thriving business ventures.

The competition is open to individuals and teams led by UF students who are passionate about building growth-oriented business models. Participants will refine their ideas through mentoring, access to resources, and the Business Plan Lab, leading to a complete business plan and pitch presentations. The event takes place in Spring 2025, with semi-finals on April 25th and finals on April 26th. The top 4 teams compete for a chance to win over $40,000 in prizes.
