The RockHealth.org Innovation Fellowship is a nine-month fellowship program designed to support early-stage digital health founders who are building solutions for underserved communities and are guided by lived experience. The fellowship provides leadership development, investor and policymaker access, mentorship, networking opportunities, and monthly programming focused on fundraising, AI strategy, health equity, policy, and company growth.

The program is intended for U.S.-based founders and CEOs of pre-seed through Series A digital health startups who are actively leading their companies and developing equity-driven healthcare solutions. Fellows also gain access to major industry events including the Rock Health Summit in San Francisco.
