The Innovator to Entrepreneur Program (ITEP) is a cohort-based entrepreneurship training initiative hosted by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in collaboration with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI). The program, administered by Foresight, is currently accepting applications for its Summer 2025 cohort which will run from June 4 to September 3, 2025.

The ITEP is designed for aspiring academic or early-stage entrepreneurs who have not previously received NIH SBIR/STTR funding. Participants will  receive personalized one-on-one consulting sessions with Foresight to support their development of a mock business plan.
