The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) SBIR/STTR Office is offering the Phase 0 Application Assistance Program to support first-time applicants preparing their SBIR/STTR Phase I grant applications. This free program is designed to help eligible small businesses navigate the application process, offering guidance on proposal development and submission.

The Phase 0 program is open to first-time DOE SBIR/STTR Phase I applicants on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Eligible participants will receive tailored assistance to improve their chances of securing funding for their innovative projects.
