The GHP PATHs Prize, hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy, offers a total of $3 million to accelerate the hiring, certification, and training of geothermal heat pump (GHP) workers. Open to U.S.-based individuals, teams, and organizations, the competition consists of three phases—Connect, Engage, and Execute—with cash awards for successful workforce development solutions. Participants will build partnerships, identify workforce gaps, and implement sustainable training and hiring programs.
