The American-Made DAC Pilot Prize, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), supports the development of innovative Direct Air Capture (DAC) pilot facilities capable of capturing at least 500 tonnes of CO₂ per year. The competition provides up to $52.5 million in awards, assisting projects through key development stages such as pre-FEED and FEED studies, to accelerate the commercialization of DAC technology with a focus on environmental justice and community advancement.
