The Innovative Science Accelerator (ISAC) Award provides seed funding for high-risk, high-reward research with the potential to drive groundbreaking discoveries in Kidney, Urologic, and Hematologic (KUH) Diseases. This funding is specifically intended for disruptive and paradigm-shifting projects, rather than Pilot & Feasibility studies designed to generate preliminary data for traditional NIH applications (e.g., R01). 

Applicants may submit a three-page proposal requesting up to $100,000 in total costs (direct + indirect) for a one-year project. The number of awards will be determined based on the quality, duration, and budget of the applications received.
